Remove unofficial copies of podcasts from Pocket Casts directory

It looks like someone took it upon themselves to create their own copies of some of our podcast feeds and submit them to Pocket Casts.
Can these please be removed or at least merged into the correct feed so that people subscribed to these fakers can be subscribed to the REAL show?

The above listings had a decent amount of subscribers, so I went with merging them into your listings instead.
