Removing download also removes from Up Next queue

I wanted to clear out some space on my phone, so I deleted all downloads of episodes saved on my phone. This also removed them from Up Next, which I did not want to do. Removing the download of an episode and removing them from Up Next should be two separate actions.

Would you share how exactly you deleted downloaded episodes from your phone? Are you bulk deleting them from the settings (Settings > ‘Storage & data use’ >’Downloaded files’ > ‘Clean up’)? Are you archiving the episodes individually? Or, something else?
Also, would you share more details about your setup?
- Which version of the Pocket Casts app do you currently have?
- Which devices are you using the Pocket Casts app on? Desktop app, Web app, or mobile app? Android or iPhone?
We’d like to reproduce this issue on our end since this is not the expected behavior. We’ve seen a similar report a while back for the Android app, which we’ve released a fix in v.7.46 : https://github.com/Automattic/pocket-casts-android/pull/1280
