Retaining Podcast Settings After Reinstall

When I reinstall Pocket Casts, my podcast settings, like auto-archive and ‘Up Next,’ are lost. It would be really helpful if these settings could stay intact after reinstalling the app. If that’s not possible, could we have filter settings that apply to groups of podcasts? This would save a lot of time when setting things up again.

@chalkandcarrots I assumed by “Up Next” here is the “Auto Add to Up Next” setting, not the Up Next list itself, since the latter should be retained as long as you’re logged in and they’re synced.
That said, we understand how having the settings stored to your Profile would be a great feature to have. We’ll make sure to note it down. Thanks again!

Most of my individual podcast settings aren’t saved after reinstalling the app. This includes Auto Add to Up Next, Playback Effects, Auto-Archive settings, and notification preferences. Interestingly, the Skip First and Skip Last settings are retained. Could you please ensure that all podcast-specific settings are saved in the same way as the Skip First and Skip Last settings? This would really save a lot of time when getting a new phone and having to reinstall the app again, as inputting all these settings again takes so much time. Thank you!
