RSS fail with Patreon podcast link.

  I’m attempting to add an RSS feed for a Patreon podcast but keep getting the following error message;

  Your podcast feed contains the following error:Line number: 1Column number: 1Invalid byte 1 of 1-byte UTF-8 sequence.

  Hi, @mcgmark59e3300b89! That error normally means that the feed is misconfigured in some way. The following third-party validators may give more information:

  • W3C Feed Validation Service
  • podbase Podcast Validator

  In this case, I’d suggest that you reach out to the podcast author, and share with them the error(s) so they can work on fixing the feed.

  If you still have trouble submitting the feed after though, let us know!
