RSS feed not updating

Hello, I’m coming from Google Podcast.
I exported my podcast list to Pocket Cast, some feeds are not updating. I’ve searched for some RSS feed that will work, even though the feed shows the latest episode, Pocket Cast won’t show it.
I tried unsubscribing and subscribing back again, nothing shows up when I search the podcast by name. I have to import it by the RSS feed. The latest episode is either from 2014 or 2022, depends on the feed I import from.
The name of the podcast is Zen and the art of Endurance.
The feed is https://triathlon.blankner.com/radio/mysite.xml
Even tried importing from Apple: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/zen-and-the-art-of-endurance/id1626358284
Can anyone help me out, please?

I see what you mean. That podcast is in Pocket Casts already at https://pca.st/7Pxd. I’ve corrected the feed in our servers for you, so you should see new episodes showing there now: https://pca.st/d0otprwv. The feed art work should also update in the next few days.
If you still have trouble, please, share a link from Pocket Casts to the podcast in Pocket Casts that’s not working and let us know a specific title of an episode you’d expect to see in the app which is missing.

The above is a partial URL, I don’t want to share the full thing as this is a private link for a paid membership. I’ve used this link for years without issue on Google and it did work for several weeks on here too before stopping suddenly. Could someone please advise?

We’ve actually emailed them a few weeks ago since our parsers are being blocked by their firewall. They will need to add our IP Addresses to their allowlist to fix the issue.
If you are affected by the issue, please reach out to their support so that they can prioritise this.

Is there any news on the issue with The Square Ball podcast? I’ve e-mailed them as well, but still have major issues with new episodes arriving on the paid feed. Funny enough it’s not entirely dead, maybe once every two weeks the feed will update. I also have their free ad-sponsored feed and that updates with no issues; I suppose that is on different servers.

hey there I’m having an issue with the rss patreon feed for NADDPOD. Can’t get any of the episodes to play or download. Ive tried unsubscribing and re subscribing with no luck as well as archiving and unarchiving which worked when i had this issue last year. Any chance I can get some help? Thanks in advance .

The new episode #267 has been online for 15 hours already, but I don’t see it in PocketCasts. -

Do you have the Apple Podcast link for this podcast so we can cross reference?

Hi, I’m having the same issue with a Nebula RSS feed. When I put the link into my browser I can see the most recent episode listed (Tag all stars episode 3), but I can not see it in the app. This is also a paid feed, similar to what others were experiencing with patron links.

@futuristicallylady8f2c1f8f37 I’ve just checked the feed and it appears to be updated. Could you try to pull down on the episode list to refresh?
I’ve also removed the feed URL from your post since it’s supposed to be private.
