Save individual playback speed for external files

  I also use the Podcast app to listen to audiobooks. Since I usually want to play audiobooks and podcasts at different speeds, it would be helpful if one of the following features could be added:

  1. The ability to set a custom playback speed for files.
  2. Once I have adjusted the playback speed for a specific file, this setting should be saved permanently. Even if I switch to a podcast in between and return to the file later, the previously selected speed should be retained.
