Share button hyperlink stuck and missing info

Hi there
When I share a link to an episode in PC (for example via WhatsApp), the link would usually bring back the actual artwork of the podcast and give a hyperlink summary. However it no longer works now and instead just shows a regular underlined hyperlink without the artwork or accompanying direction. It looks like it’s working/buffering, but it does not return anything. I’ve tested it on two different phones so it’s definitely something with the app. It still works as usual on other apps like spotify. Hope you can help. Many thanks

@tsgcn To help us check this issue for you, can you please share the following information with us?
- The OS version on your device – you can usually find this from your phone’s Settings
- Your Pocket Casts app version – you can see this from the Pocket Casts app’s Profile > Settings (gear icon) > About
In addition, are you only seeing the issue when sharing on WhatsApp, or are you seeing it on other apps as well?

The issue has now changed compared to what I was experiencing when I wrote this thread a few days ago.
Here are the details-On my Samsung A52s
Android 14
One UI version 6.1
PC 7.95 (9364)-On my Realme GT Master
Android 13
Realme UI 4.0
PC 7.94 (9359)This is how it has changed.
On my Samsung it now shows a hyperlink picture but a description saying “Web Player – Pocket casts” with the PC logo.
On my Realme it seems to be now fixed showing the correct episode artwork thumbnail. Which seems odd as its PC version 7.94, so I’m confused now.I’ve just noticed you also have another thread with a similar/same issue “Share button hyperlink stuck and missing info”
