Share dialogue with more apps

  When sharing, a screen appears where you can select the format. The question here is where this works, because I have not yet found an application where this is applied.

  Personally, I would prefer more apps to be displayed instead (at least 2) with which you can share, which would save me additional tapping.

  Hi there, @oyood! Thanks for your feedback about the sharing options in the Pocket Casts App. Could you share which version of the app you’re using? And, confirm that the sharing settings you’re referring to are the ones pictured below from the iOS app?

  Thanks for the additional information. I think you’re referring to the Android Sharesheet. In that case, it’s not possible to customize the apps shown through Pocket Casts. That is a setting on the Android device itself.
  
  The instructions will likely vary, but I have found that you can pin certain apps in the sharesheet. When viewing the list of apps, tap and hold down to view the popup that includes the option to pin.

  I would like to have the Android share dialogue. But if you want to share something, you first get a Pocketcast share dialogue where you can also set the layout of the link preview, but this has no effect anywhere. Hence the question I asked at the beginning. Only when you tap on the three dots there do you get the Android share dialogue.

  Thanks for following up and for pointing this out. I can see how the current share flow might be a bit confusing.

  The layout options you see in the Pocket Casts share dialog are actually intended for customizing the shared image or video (like when sharing clips), rather than changing the link preview itself. Currently, link previews are standardized and not affected by the layout selection.

  That said, your request makes a lot of sense. I have shared your idea with our development team. If you have any other suggestions, please let us know.
