Show Episode Artwork in Podcast View

  I’d like to have the option to display the Episode Artwork for each episode within the Podcast View. Currently, every other display shows an image for each episode. I understand that that decision was made, since every image would be the same, if no custom Episode Artwork is available.

  I suggest there to be a toggle within the “Advanced episode artwork settings” to enable Episode Artwork within the Podcast View.
