Show notes jumping/leaping

WHY did you think I needed help scrolling down a podcast episode to read the show notes, which I do often? I refer to the recent CRAZY behavior of the screen LEAPING down when touched to put the show notes instantly at the top of my screen. It’s very distracting, and, well, crazy. 🤪
How to turn this feature (?) OFF.
Maybe some need this help (?) on scrolling, but I absolutely HATE IT.
Question is…
How do I turn it OFF? 🤔
