Sign in error message

    Hi, since 1st of July I’ve been getting a notification there is a sign in error, to tap and sign in again. The email I use is not recognised, I can access downloaded podcasts and download other episodes but if I try and refresh to get new episodes the App crashes.

    I know Android/Samsung have just had an update so may be linked to that I guess (Uk)

    Any advice would be appreciated, thank you

  • @henryr41 Could you possibly test signing in on another device? Also, would you mind trying to sign in on the Web App at https://play.pocketcasts.com/ and let us know if you encounter any errors?

    This way, we can figure out whether the issue is specific to your account or to your device. Thanks a lot!
