Sorting episodes of all podcasts at once
-
When I opened both the Pocketcasts website and Windows App this morning, all of my podcast episodes are sorted by Episode Name (A to Z). Up until last night, the episodes of each podcast were organized by Release Date (New to Old). I did not make this change, and I want to change it back.
How can I re-organize all of my podcasts so that the episodes are organized by Release Date (New to Old)? So far, I’ve been going from one podcast to the other, but I’m hoping there’s a way to do them all at once.
Thanks!

👋 Thanks for reporting this!
We fixed a related issue recently and this was an unwanted side-effect. We’ve reverted the change and will try a different approach later. Your podcasts should now sort “New to Old” again” ✅
Sorry for the trouble!

Even though the specific example was fixed, I would say a setting to globally sort all podcast episodes is still beneficial. I primarily listen to fiction podcasts, so I always want to sort Oldest > Newest (to start at the beginning of the story). I’m guessing other users have different global sort preferences based on what kind of shows they listen to.
Currently, Newest > Oldest is the default, and I have to change the sort order for each podcast in Discover view, and then AGAIN when I subscribe.
