Starred filters for one podcast and all others

Hi! I follow many podcasts and want two filters:
- Only starred episodes from a single podcast.
- Starred episodes from all other podcasts that update automatically when I follow more.
I can create filter 1 by enabling Starred and selecting that podcast. I cannot build filter 2 because there is no exclude or dynamic all except option. Also, if I do not follow a podcast but star an episode it appears on the Starred page in my profile, which implies filters only include podcasts I follow. It would be great if I could include the episodes I star from podcasts that I do not follow in filter 2.
Is there a clever workaround to achieve filter 2? Thank you.

For context, you’re right. Our filters currently only work with episodes from podcasts to which you are subscribed.

@staff-cara Thank you so much for opening the feature requests for me. I had not considered this before, but when I tried to create filters to organise the starred episodes more effectively, I realised it was not possible. I hope these options are integrated into the app so that more users benefit from them.
