Stats got reset, any way to fix?

Hello, my stats reset themselves a few month ago now. At the time I had looked up to see if there was anyway to fix, I tried reinstalling the app, and logging out and back in. It sounded like there wasn’t much I could do to fix this issue. However I’ve now gotten my year end wrap up and it shows that I’ve listened to more days than my stats currently show. So I know my correct stats are somewhere in the system! One more note to add, I also signed up for the plus trial so I could log into the website, and it also shows the wrong stats on there. Is there anyway I can fix this? Thanks.

Hi! This has been reported to our developers. However, it will likely take some time to address this particular issue, which unfortunately I don’t have an exact timeframe on.

@dylanjamesdoerksen Are you perhaps primarily using an iOS device with Pocket Casts? For context, we’re trying to see if there is a pattern to this issue, so your confirmation would be much appreciated.
