Stats reset a few days ago

Hi, my listening stats appear to have disappeared without prompting recently. A few days ago I opened the app to find I was logged out. Upon logging back in, my subscriptions have been retained but my profile picture and listening stats have been deleted. What is odd is that it shows I’ve listened to four hours total since December 2019.
Can you please advise?

Hi! Are you still missing your listening stats?
If so, in a case like this, it could be that your account has not synced up your listening stats yet. To force it to sync, you can go to the Profile Page and click ‘Refresh Now’.
If that does not help, then it could be that you were logged into a different Pocket Casts account. In that case, can you check if you have another Pocket Casts account?
That said, if you are using Apple Keychain, it might cause you to get logged out of apps randomly. -
May stats also disappeared. I started using Pocket Casts on IOS in January 2024. A few days ago the app logged me out and when I logged back in it reset my stats. There’s still months of listening history but stats went to 0.
