  Hello,

  I have not reply from you since 18 August (10 days ago), even though I asked you multiple times. How long does it take to get a status of my current issue?

  The exact timing of our reply will depend on how many messages we’ve received recently. We had a period of time for about a week or so recently where we were a bit further behind than ideal. But we’ve been catching up on this over the past few days and future replies should be more timely.

  I was able to find the conversation that we’ve had with you by email on our end and it looks like we’ve replied since you posted here. Feel free to continue from the email thread if you have any more questions at all. :)
