Streamlining User Support and Feedback: A Proposal for Pocket Casts

Dear Pocket Casts Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am a dedicated user of Pocket Casts and have greatly benefited from its features. I wanted to share a suggestion that I believe could enhance the user experience even further, specifically in relation to support interactions with Qobuz.
As you may be aware, Qobuz has a convenient feature that allows users to send diagnostic screenshots, screen recordings, and other relevant media directly to their support team. This functionality streamlines the troubleshooting process and facilitates quicker resolutions for users experiencing issues.
I wanted to propose the integration of a similar feature within the Pocket Casts app. This would enable users to easily share relevant diagnostic information with Qobuz support, right from within the Pocket Casts app. This could significantly reduce the back-and-forth communication typically involved in resolving issues and provide a more seamless experience for users.
By allowing users to capture and send screenshots, screen recordings, and other relevant media like Feature Suggestions and App Feedback directly to Qobuz support, Pocket Casts would not only enhance its own user support capabilities but also strengthen the collaboration between the two platforms. This integration could further distinguish Pocket Casts as a user-focused app that values customer feedback and actively seeks to improve the overall experience.
