Submitting a podcast RSS feed

Is it possible to resubmit an RSS feed to Pocket Casts from Spotify for Podcasts (anchor RSS feed) without having a Pocket Casts subscription?

You can add any podcast using its RSS feed in Pocket Casts — this can be done on both a Free account and on the Plus account.
You can paste the RSS feed link directly into the search bar in the Discover tab to view the podcast in the app and subscribe from there. Or you can enter the feed URL into our submission page:
https://pocketcasts.com/submit/
Once the feed is added through the submission page, you’ll be given the podcast’s share link, which you can view on your device to open the podcast within the Pocket Casts app.
