Subscription expired after not renewing with the ‘new user price’

Hello, I was an existing user but Google Pay gave me no other option but to renew with the new user price. I have now lost my plus account. How do we solve that ?

Hello, I am an existing user.
In the app – in both my iOS device as well as my Android device – I am informed that my next payment date is July 5, 2024.
However, Google Pay informed me today that if I do not renew today – at the higher price – my subscription stands cancelled tomorrow.
Please guide on how to proceed.

I received a notification from the Google Play Store on Sunday that my Pocket subscription stood cancelled.
I repeat that I was an existing user but Google Pay did not give me any option other than to renew with the new user price. Can we solve this?

Also, the email address it was sent to is not mine.
