Subscription issue

    I’ve paid for a years subscription but my account says different. I’ve emailed support but have only received an automatic reply about only providing priority support to premium users.

    The money was taking out of my account by paddle.net for £15.24

  • Hi! Paddle is our payment processor for subscriptions initiated through our website.

    It looks like you may have been affected by the same issue discussed here: Pocketcasts+ Subscription not applying to account.

    In short, our payment processor changed something that caused accounts that were on the free trial to not update to paid after the trial period ended. Our developers have already come up with a fix for this, however.

    We also ask that users reply to the automatic response if their issue is related to Plus, which I see you’ve done. So, I’ll be responding to your email too with more information on your account and subscription. Please keep an eye out for that!

    Hi, I have had a lifetime subscription of Pocket Casts since 2019 but I got charged $15.98 on April 5, 2023. I’m not sure how this happened but can you please credit back the payment that was charged.
