Subscription Lapse

I sent in a support chat before my subscription lapsed but haven’t heard back. I was trying to get the price changed fixed from $40 back to the $10 I’m supposed to be locked into but it expired before I got a reply so now I don’t have a plus subscription anymore. How do I fix this?
