Subscription price increase

  Hi there, I had previously been subscribed at £9.99 a year for the past few years and was happy to pay that as I like the app and having access to the web player. I have been told by several other users of the app that this is not supposed to happen and that existing customers are meant to get grandfathered into continuing on with the old price? I emailed support prior and was told to inquire on the forum… would it be possible to get any help/advice on what I need to do? thank you.
