Subscription Price Increase

I’m offered to continue my subscription at the “new user” price, which I believe is wrong.
I sent an email to support on the 5th and so far no reply.

I also didn’t see that option to keep my current pricing. It was going to charge me the new subscriber cost. I change to a monthly then it immediately charged me the new monthly rate. Still had 2 months to go on my previous subscription. Feel like I got ripped off. I didn’t mind paying the $9.99 a year for this but not going to pay $40 for it

I took a look into your subscription, and since you are not using Google Play for your subscription, you were meant to renew at $14.99 a year. We did have a small glitch on our payment processor side where it displayed the wrong price (even though that would not apply), but that was promptly fixed.
I also see that a refund was processed for this.
