Subscription Pricing Bug

I was a subscriber until very recently when the Play Store informed me that the subscription price was increasing. I was under the impression that I would be grandfathered in to the old price, so I reached out to support via email and didn’t receive a response. The subscription has since lapsed since I wasn’t able to get in contact with anyone. I would very much like to resubscribe at the old price.

I can confirm that we have gotten back to you with the steps required to get access to the correct pricing you are entitled to.
It looks like your email did not come through to us since you did not reply to it. For account related issues, our users without Plus/Patron can reply to the email so we can look into it.
