Subscription – Unable to move from monthly to annaul

Hi there. I have subscribted to PC Plus monthly, and now I would like to move to annual. However the annual option is greyed out, so I cannot select it, the only annual I can select is Patron. Is this a glitch? Im on android.
If I let the monthly subscription expire, will I then be able to chose the annual option, but would I then lose all my ‘Plus’ settings and bookmarks? Many thanks

@tsgcn Whether you are able to change the payment frequency of your Pocket Casts subscription from monthly to annual and vice versa will depend on where you signed up for the subscription.

Hi thank you for the information. I will follow the destructions and then resubride afterwards. The instructions say I will lose my uploaded files (which is fine), however it does not state whether I will lose my bookmarks?
Could you confirm if i will lose or keep my bookmarks please? Many thanks

Hi there, @tsgcn! You can learn more about bookmarks in this guide. As Bookmarks is a paid feature, an active subscription is needed to access and add bookmarks. If your subscription expires, you will be unable to access or add bookmarks. The bookmarks are not removed when the subscription expires. You can access your existing bookmarks once the account is upgraded. Let me know if you need help with anything else.
