subscrption cancelled due to price increase

    My subscription was just cancelled due to price increase. Sent three emails over the last two months to get this fixed. Will you please fix?

    Yes, they were sent from that email. They were sent to (email visible only to moderators and staff) on 7/28, 8/21, and 8/25.

    I did get an email and was able to upgrade my account.
