Sync issues?

    Good afternoon,
    This is my first post here.

    I’m a longtime user of the app.
    This morning, I transferred 114 podcasts from another app, plus I added another one. So now I have 370. Yet my iPad only shows 366. My iPhone shows a different number. My notetaker, which runs android, shows the correct number because that’s the device I used for the import.The first thing I tried on my own to resolve this, was signing out of my account and back in on all devices, but it did not work. I’m using the latest version of the application under iOS 18.1 on the Apple devices and android 12 on my notetaker.

  • @jldail133851c3a136 – just to make sure I am understanding this correctly:

    • Your iPad shows 366 podcasts = wrong
    • Your Android shows the 370 = correct

    Is that correct?

    If so, on your Android, please try going to Profile and clicking ‘Refresh now’, then uninstalling the Pocket Casts app on your iPad, removing all data if prompted, and reinstalling the app. (Note: uninstalling will remove any downloads and custom settings on the iPad)

    Once reinstalled on the iPad, sign back into your Pocket Casts account. Please recheck if that fixes the issue.
