Please add support for iOS’s built in Dynamic Type feature, or a way to increase the type size. The font/typeface is way too small for my old eyes and is the only reason I keep switching away from Pocketcasts.

Add my vote please. I am interested in moving to pocket casts from overcast but the small, fixed text size is a significant barrier.

When is this feature coming for iPhone users? It’s been at least five months since someone responded said it was on the feature request list. (I don’t know how long it has actually been on the list) If it isn’t going to happen, can you just make the default font slightly bigger. These old eyes of mine are struggling.

Thank you for your feedback. While I am unable to give a timeline for when this feature will be implemented, I can confirm that we are tracking demand for it. For context, we consider features to add based on the number of requests we receive for them. So, the more users request a feature, the higher the chances it gets built.

Please consider that this is a TIME-SENSITIVE feature. The elderly folks who would benefit from this (my parents included) can’t wait forever! Due to this constraint, I am sadly forced to teach my parents how to use the inferior Apple Podcasts app instead of Pocket Casts. Please add my vote for this feature. Basic accessibility should be a top priority – you never know when YOU are going to need it!

And another vote for font size increase option on iOS app! 54 years old, just had unexpected emergency retinal detachment surgery. Pocket Casts is such a great app; this would help your less-perfectly-sighted users immensely.
