Third-party integration: Intermittent errors when subscribing to podcasts

Thank you for the fantastic work on Pocket Casts.
We used the third-party integration guide here to allow our members to subscribe to paid (private) podcasts.
This works most of the time. However, the Pocket Casts app sometimes shows a “There was an error loading this podcast” error after opening the feed URL. I’ve attached a screenshot of the error below.
This issue happens intermittently and seems to resolve by itself. We would encounter this error only for the feed to work again without any intervention a day or two later.
May we know what’s causing this issue? Do you also have any recommendations to prevent this issue or identify it?
