Timestamps in Details (notes) to Chapters

  You’ve added the great feature of supporting actual chapters from the RSS feed/mp3 files.

  You also support timestamps in the episode description/notes to automatically make tappable to jump to that time.

  What I propose:
  If an episode does not have any real chapter marks, but multiple of those timestamps in the notes, turn those into chapters in the UI. That would be such a useful UX improvement.
