transferring account to a new email using apple account and private relay

Hi,
TLDR: I’m having trouble accessing my account. I’m unable to receive email using the address associated with my Pocket Casts account, so the password reset form doesn’t work. I’ve emailed support twice with no reply. What other steps can I take to recover my account or change the email associated with it? I’m a plus subscriber for what it’s worth.
I made the mistake of signing up with my Apple account and using Apple’s private relay. I now can’t receive email at the address given. Maybe I’m doing something wrong. I can always just delete this account and transfer podcasts to a new one. I just figured I’d try and see if this was possible before I moved forward with that – a few months of listening progress and history is still a few months. In particular I’d like to applaud the recent accessibility improvements particularly on Android and for Talkback users. But also – voiceover on iPhone is just as pleasant to use. So thank you for a great app.

I’m sorry to hear that you’ve emailed our support team twice without receiving a reply.
Regarding your account access, you should be able to get back in without needing the password reset form.
Since you created the account with your Apple ID, on the login screen, instead of entering your email/password, please use the “Continue with Apple” button.
