Transferring downloads to a new phone

I have just upgraded my android phone but have a backlog of downloaded podcasts stored on my old one. Is there any way of transferring the files across?
These are no longer available from the servers so can not just download them again.

@lewisfroud we do not have a way to do this as yet, but it is something on our ideas board. I’ve added your request to it.
The other option is to try the steps on this guide to export your downloads and then upload them to Pocket Casts Cloud: https://support.pocketcasts.com/knowledge-base/how-to-export-my-downloads-and-upload-them-to-pocket-casts-cloud/
Note: That guide has only been tested for iOS, so the steps might differ for Android
