Unable to get support from PocketCasts…

  I’m a lifetime member and cannot get support from Pocketcasts, when trying in app, it give me a recursive email loop where they say “please reply to this email if the issue hasn’t been fixed” to which i do and get the same email again.

  I’ve been a member since 2012 and i’m really frustrated with their support and lack of it!!!!

  Hi, @spookydraculad7591dc7e2! That must be definitely frustrating, and it’s certainly unexpected behavior. Were you replying to the automatic email itself? Or were you sending another message from the app?

  In any case, I see we’ve already responded to your request, and we can continue there if you prefer.
