Unable to play podcasts on Samsung Galaxy S24+ phone

  Hi all. Got a new phone last week, upgraded from a Galaxy S10 to an S24+. Pocket Casts app transferred over to the new phone, no issue. However, no audio is playing. Thought it had something to do with using standard headphones in the USB-C port, but even without headphones, I get nothing. I tried changing the battery optimization settings, but that didn’t do anything.

  Anyone have any other suggestions or potential fixes?

  This is certainly a first! Are other apps able to play audio fine?

  If so, it might be that something got corrupted when migrating your app data to your new device. The best solution for a case like that would be to uninstall Pocket Casts and reinstall it.

  Note: Reinstalling will cause any settings or downloads you have in the app to get removed, so it would be a good idea to take note of anything important you might want to add back.
