UpNext Disappeared and More

I opened the PC app in my Pixel 7 and discovered that my dark theme was gone (replaced by light) and the 15 hours of podcasts i had loaded into UpNext were completely gone. They are nowhere to be found, including in my listening history. I have no idea if they’re archived since PC doesn’t allow us to view a list if archived episodes.
Any iidea why this occurred, how to prevent its recurrence orbhow to recover my UpNext list (other than manually, episode by episode)?

The first thing to ensure is that you are logged into your Pocket Casts account. If you have more than one account, make sure you’re logged into the correct account.
That said, since you mention the theme reset, that is something that does not sync to our servers, so it sounds like your Pocket Casts Data was cleared, either by uninstalling the app or some other way.
If you were previously not logged in, you would have unfortunately lost data like Up Next, Podcast Subscriptions, Filters, etc – as those sync if you are logged into an account.
