Video display freezes when rotated to landscape mode

  I think the video freezing on rotation issue was maybe fixed for one release but it’s basically been broken since March.

  The work around it to click the video to make it full screen before rotating but as someone how mostly uses Pocket Casts for video and rotates the phone multiple times a day, I frequently forget to do this and I’m on the verge of moving everything to Spotify who can already makes video a first class feature.

  I thought it might have been my device issue, but I’ve also had this landscape freezing problem, so could I +1 please. Thanks

  For anybody else in this situation 7.83 does NOT have the issue.

  For me there haven’t been any “must have” features, that outweigh this table stakes functionality.
