Volvo Headunit Pocketcasts App Needs Up Next

I installed Pocketcasts app on my Volvo XC40 headunit from the Google Play Store. This version of Pocketcasts doesn’t have the Up Next option, doesn’t appear to work with the installation of Pocketcasts on my Android phone, and is therefore not useful in my Volvo. Instead, I play podcasts in my car using the Android app on my phone using the Bluetooth audio player, bypassing the Pocketcasts app on my Volvo.

Hi, @ringwaldfred! There’s no Up Next queue/screen in Android Automotive. However, you should be able to sync the Up Next queue from your phone app to the Android Automotive app. So, once an episode finishes playing on Android Auto, the next one in the queue on the phone app will start playing.
