Web player / iOS app not syncing

    As title, the web player & iOS iPhone app (iPhone 13 Mini on iOS 17.0.3) does not sync either way, whether when adding subscriptions or listening to podcasts.

    As a first step, can you please make sure that you are logged in to the same Pocket Casts account on all your devices? You can check that from the mobile app’s “Profile” tab.

    While you’re in the “Profile” tab, too, please see if there are any errors there.

    Please check on those, and if you’re still running into issues after, do let us know! As a Plus user both on the web and in the iOS app you should be able to send us a message directly from inside the app.
