Web Player not working as intended

I’ve been having issues with the web player forever – and I can’t find a way to solve it.
I used to be able to start a podcast in my car ride to work, pause it on my phone – and then continue said podcast from the web player on my PC. But when I start my PC and go to the web player – it detects where I’m at on the phone (so the sync seems fine) – but then it resets the episode – and I cna’t skip ahead in the episode manually. It will just always reset.
I’ve tried on my home PC as well – with the same result. And with 2 different browsers.
Anyone else have this issue – or ways of making it work again?

We are happy to assist with this. Support for our Web Player is handled via email, and in a case like this it would help if we have your logs.
In order to proceed, please replicate the issue again, and then go to Profile > Settings > Help > Send Feedback. The logs will automatically be attached to your message.
It would be helpful if you could note the title of the episode you were listening to and at approximately what time this happened, so we can correlate it with the information from the logs.
