Web version not working

Brand new customer here who just switched when I heard stitcher was going away. The web version of the Pocket Casts site has been completely unusable so far. Whenever I click on a podcast in the interface, it flashes for a second showing the podcast, then says: Sorry! There was an error loading your podcast.
When I go to new releases, I can see some of the shows, and when I click one of those shows, it says: Your browser cannot play this stream. See here for details. I click on here and follow all of the instructions and still nothing.
The mobile version works perfectly.Anyone else seeing this?

We haven’t had reports similar to what you describe, so let’s see what might be going on. Are you still able to contact us from the web app—Profile (upper-right corner) > Settings > Help > Send Feedback with “Include debug logs” enabled? This way, we can get more information about your app.
In the meantime, please also try using the web app with an incognito window and a different browser to see if that makes a difference.

Still having this problem. Seems that whenever I add new podcasts and rearrange them into folders I get this error for who knows how long. Along with all the other problems with this app I’m about to cancel my subscription. Does not work in incognito window or different browsers either. My account is just broken. Works only ok on mobile. App is broken too.

Oops, my apologies! I see that I did respond to one of your messages in July where you mentioned that the web app works on an incognito window and Edge. I then asked you about checking the extensions on your Chrome browser. Did you get a chance to try that out?
In any case, it looks like things have gotten worse for you, as you now mention that the app no longer works either on an incognito window or other browsers. So, please still expect my email so we can troubleshoot this further with you.
