Bio
I lead successful implementations of Microsoft Dynamics CRM by helping executives define their CRM strategy, assisting managers model and improve business processes, helping users define their CRM requirements, and assisting project teams install, configure, customise and extend Dynamics CRM, then teaching users to how best to use and adopt the new system.
I am a certified Microsoft Dynamics CRM consultant, an active member of the Microsoft CRM community and have spoken at a number of Microsoft conferences. I am one of four Microsoft MVPs (Most Valuable Professionals) for Dynamics CRM in the UK.
In 2002 I founded Increase CRM, which became the UK's leading Microsoft hosted service provider until it was acquired in March 2009. In October 2009 I founded Customery to provide independent implementation, adoption and support services to Microsoft Dynamics CRM customers. Since July 2010 I've been recognised by a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) award. I'm also the group manager for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM. group on LinkedIn, which has 55,000 members worldwide.
