Add intent integration option

  The integration documentation tells about the intent to skip forward or backward x number of seconds, but the intent does not allow specifying a dynamic number of seconds. It’s reliant on the built-in general, default player settings.

  It would be great if the intent were coded to allow specification of the number of seconds to skip forward or back.
