Allow Manual Sorting in Smart Playlists

First of all, I love the new ability to have multiple playlists at the same time. It has made organizing my podcasts much easier.
I do have one feature request, though. I currently use three different playlists:
- Podcasts I listen to together with my wife
- Podcasts I listen to while cycling
- Everything else
Ideally, I would like to create three smart playlists that automatically add new episodes from the corresponding podcasts. However, I would also like to be able to manually arrange the order of the episodes within those playlists.
The reason is that each podcast has a different publishing frequency. If a podcast releases several episodes in a short time, I don’t necessarily want to listen to three episodes of the same show back-to-back. I would like to interleave episodes from different podcasts and maintain my preferred listening order.
With a manual playlist, I can already do that, but then I have to remember to add new episodes myself which I often forget. A smart playlist with the ability to manually reorder items would give me the best of both worlds: automatic episode collection and full control over the playback order.
I think this would be a really useful addition for users who regularly listen to many podcasts and like to mix them up.
