Auto “Add to Up Next” not working

    Hi I’ve noticed that sometimes shows that Ive selected to auto add to upnext, dont seem to be auto adding. I’ve attached an example of two shows I have selected, but they have not been added to the que. I’m no where near reaching the 1,000 episode limit, so it’s not due to that. Thank you

    You would normally see the little blue hamburger icon to show it’s been auto added, next the the green tick for ‘downloaded’

  • @tsgcn On another thread, you mentioned that you use the following with Pocket Casts:

    -On my Samsung A52s
    Android 14
    One UI version 6.1
    PC 7.95 (9364)

    -On my Realme GT Master
    Android 13
    Realme UI 4.0
    PC 7.94 (9359)

    Do you only notice the issue on one device but not the other? If so, which device would that be? This way, we can narrow down our next steps.

    Thanks for your msg. It’s on my Samsung A52s which is the phone I use for this. Most podcasts seem to get released on Mondays and Tuesdays, so if it happens again next week I will let you know. Many thanks

    Hiya. I’m attaching a few photos from today of two episodes that were newly release, you can see ‘F1 Checkered Flag’ has auto added ok, however the other show ‘Podcasting 2.0 in practice’ has not auto added. However they both have the same tickbox selected.

    I am also still having this same issue.

  • @davonius Could you reach out to our support team directly through the app? This will include app logs with your message, which can be helpful for troubleshooting.

    In your message could you also let us know what podcast you’re experience this issue with and what episode should have been added to Up Next, but wasn’t?

    You can reach out through the app by navigating to Profile > Help & Feedback > Contact Support > Get Support.
