  Hi @heartswiftly6591c87d43,

  Since we cannot reproduce your issue on our end, and we’ve already gone through basic troubleshooting, the next step is to look at logs and see what went wrong there.

  The logs do not contain your number or age. You can also trim the logs to include necessary information for troubleshooting purposes.
  
  You can do that via Profile > Help & feedback > scroll all the way down > Get in touch > Get Support > tap  “Attached Logs” > scroll down to “Debug Logs” > long press it and tap “Copy”
  
  You can then upload the logs to something like pastebin.com and share the link as you contact us.
