Download behaviours of smart playlist

  I have a smart playlist of a handful of podcasts filtered to past week. I have this set to auto download.
  checking my downloaded episodes I notice that all the episodes that have appeared in this playlist are still downloaded. This is not optimal! I would have hoped that Pocketcasts could identify those episodes auto downloaded and not interacted with and then remove the download when that episode is removed from the smart playlist. If the episode is part played or added to another manual playlist the download should remain.

  That does make a lot of sense. We will work on getting this improved in a future update.
