Why not adding the played History as optional to an Playlist?

Do you mean you’d like to use whether or not an episode has been played as a rule/filter for a Smart Playlist? Or perhaps I’m misunderstanding?

No i mean the possibility to create an playlist as an history so u have more options like filtering etc.
why i should add an history option wgich should be better covered with an playlist may even hardcoded
but may i overlook sth.
