Feature Request: Option to turn off chapters on Android

I really appreciate Pocket Casts and the care that goes into its design. After the recent update, I noticed the new chapter navigation feature, which I can see being extremely useful for a lot of people. However, as someone who prefers a minimalist experience, it’s not something I’d use often. It’d be great to add a toggle for this feature, giving users the choice to enable or disable it. Thanks for continuing to build such a thoughtful app.

The chapter navigation has been in the Now Playing screen for a while, but we recently shipped automatically generated chapters for some podcasts that don’t already include them. This makes the chapter navigation controls on the Now Playing screen visible for more podcasts, which is likely why you haven’t seen them before now.
But we have heard from others would like the option to disable them in the Now Playing screen. I’ll add your comment to the feature request so our development team can take it into consideration as they refine the design going forward.
