Inconsistent listening history

I have recently noticed podcast episodes that I have already listened to, and later were for some reason removed from a feed (e.g. copyright issue), will also vanish from my Listening History, which I think is faulty behavior, as I don’t want to lose track of what I listened to just because it is not available in a feed anymore.
