Manual Sorting of Smart Playlists?

Unlike some, I don’t mind the “Smart Playlists” feature.
Yet, I would think that a part of the usefulness of this feature would be the ability to sort the playlist manually. That, however, is missing.
IE: I’ve got a set of daily news podcasts I’d like to listen to as I walk the dog. (Podcast A is 30-35 minutes, B is 15, C is 25-30.) Some mornings are colder or the walks are shorter — and I’d like to prioritize one podcast (A) over the others (B & C). I don’t want to do this by the length of the episode or when it was released — which seem to be the only options.
So, feature request: let us sort these smart playlists manually. If the episode isn’t there, simply skip it and go on to the next.
